News: Nuffield Foundation Mathematics Education Co-ordinator

The Nuffield Foundation seeks to appoint a half-time Mathematics Education Co-ordinator for twelve months from as early a date as can be arranged. The Co-ordinator will lead and manage a preliminary programme of activities in the field of mathematics education whose principal focus is mathematics learning 5-19. S/he will work closely with senior staff in the Foundation and the Nuffield Curriculum Centre to develop Nuffield interests in the field.

The post will require substantial experience and credibility at a senior level in the field of maths education. It is likely that the appointment will be made on a secondment basis but proposals for other arrangements are welcome.
