News: Branch Chairpersons needed

MEI has, for many years, maintained a branch structure, thus enabling centres in reasonably close proximity to meet together for discussion, the sharing of ideas, discussion of papers and CPD on matters of mutual interest. There are many branches which flourish and MEI are immensely grateful to Chairpersons who give up valuable time to organise and run meetings.

There are a number of areas, however, where there are no Chairpersons. In these areas there is likely to be no meeting organised. There may be someone in your centre who would like to organise meetings as part of their own training and experience, in which case, email Michael Ling who would like to hear from them. If anyone is prepared to host a meeting but feels unable to do the organising then again, please communicate with Michael who will do the organising for you.

There are currently no Chairpersons in the following areas: Teesside, Lancashire, NE Midlands, Essex and Herts, Bucks, The Fens, the Broads, Cornwall.
